This is absolutely out of punishment, it is a deprivation of privacy, Stripping young women and men to their underwear is more like sexual harassment! According to Song Mudoh, a camerounian who shared the photos online, the incident took place at a public school in Baham in the Western region of Cameroon recently.
Not sure this ones are teachers, because they look like vgilantes from the pictures, why would such happen in these age and time
