The incident is caused by an unknown suicide bomber who detonated the bomb right in midst of the crowd gathered to celebrate the workers day.
A civil defence personnel confirmed the explosion to Gistmattaz Stated that it was a twin bomb blast.
There are reports of casualties due to the explosion.
Police PPRO in the state also confirmed the incident.
