A member of the National Youth Corp Service in River State, Okoroah Kingsley Chino, who promised to reward the best student in his school, fulfilled it 31 March, 2017.
A student of GSSS school, Okoro Izuchukwu Gospel, emerged the overall best graduating student of the ss3 and was given a laptop as earlier promised by the Corper.

According to Chino, that was just a part of other pledges to the less privileges, there have been distribution of chairs and books which have taken place in the same community, And all these were with the help of his CDS members.
