Cossy Ojiakor has lost her mother a year after her father passed on. The actress made the sad announcement this morning, writing: “Mum………. What God has joined together not even death could put assunder. Dad & Mum finally together….. it is well……RIP” 
The loss comes more than a year after her father’s passing. He died last year January.
