Former FCT minister Bala Mohammed has Been granted Bail of N500 million and two well known sureties on Friday by a High Court Abuja.
Justice Talba the Judge presiding the court made it known that either of the sureties must be a senator of the federal republic of Nigeria and the other a federal civil servant including that both of them must own a landed property in Abuja with a proof of tax payment since the last 3 years.
Ex Minister Bala who was arrest by the Anti-graft agency on six count charge over misappropriation of office during his tenure was remanded in Kuje prison Friday by the order of the Judge.
However he has been told to release his international passports to the court Registrar pending the time he complete his obligations.
