Manchester City and Everton have agreed a fee for Fabian Delph, according to The Times.
The base fee will be £8.5m (€9.5m/$11m), rising to a total of £10m (€11m/$12.5m).
Delph is in the final year of his contract with City and surplus to requirements following the arrivals of Rodri and Angelino.
